Property Tax (1.6 mills)

Per Capita Tax ($10)

Earned Income Tax (1.25%)

A tax for general revenue purposes of 1.25% is imposed on earned income, including salaries, wages, commissions, bonuses, incentive payments, fees, tips, and other compensations. Distribution is .5% to the Owen J. Roberts School District , .5% to North Coventry Township and .25% to North Coventry Township for the purpose of preserving open space within the township. LST Tax ($52)

A tax of Fifty-Two ($52.00) Dollars on the privilege of engaging in an occupation in the township. This tax is used for emergency and municipal services. It is collected by Berkheimer through employers and direct payment by taxpayers including nonresidents. There is an exemption from the tax for anyone whose total income from all sources of employment is less than twelve thousand ($12,000.00) dollars. Mercantile Tax

A tax for general revenue purposes upon retail or wholesale dealers in the Township. Any person dealing in such a business must first obtain a license from Keystone Tax Bureau at 610-993-8609.
