Mission Statement

It is the mission of the North Coventry Parks and Recreation Commission to provide township residents and visitors with facilities and programs that offer recreation, resource management and education in order to enhance the quality of life in our township.

The Parks and Recreation Commission meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7:30 at the Township Building.

Pavilion Reservation Policy

To reserve a township park please click here to download the Facilities Use Application

  1. Reservations may be made beginning January 1st, for dates in that calendar year. Reservations are granted on a first come first served basis.

  2. Reservations will be held for two weeks without payment of fees. If fees are not paid within two weeks of reservation scheduling, reservations will again be granted on a first come first served basis.

  3. Reservations include only use of the pavilions. Pavilion guests are welcome to use any park facilities, but pavilion reservations do not include exclusive use of any other park facilities.

  4. All parties reserving a pavilion will be bound by a “property reservation agreement”. This agreement will also be the renter’s proof of reservation to any other interested party.

  5. The pavilion daily rental fee will be $40.00 for North Coventry Township residents, and $80.00 for non-residents.

  6. Not for profit organizations may perform a community service in lieu of the rental fee.
